Tasting notes Nose: Large and well-rounded. There are chewy sultanas and Sherried peels, barley sugars and toasty cereals, as well as petals and apple blossom. A hint of fudge and soft wisps of smoke. Palate: Thick and fruity, with cream, stewed apple, candied orange, and sweet vanilla on the palate. Finish: Dry and long, with a spicy oak note.
