The 2021 Apothic Red is a rich Zinfandel-based red blend with notes of black cherry, boysenberry, and black pepper. Syrah and Merlot provide fascinating flavors of rich blueberry and boysenberry, while a blend of other red types give dimension and depth, as well as traces of spice.
