Tasting notes Nose: Vanilla and a sprinkling of winter spice (nutmeg, cloves, and cinnamon) with a mouthwatering hint of aniseed. Orange zest meets mellow vanilla, honey, and spiced oak. Palate: Malty, creamy delivery with a hint of berry fruit. Toasted barley with cloves and butterscotch. Manuka honey, buttered toast, and dried apricots emerge. Finish: Medium length, spicy oak with a peppermint tinge on the tail. Smooth as silk. ABV 40%
